The House
A family story
Félicien, the grandfather, was a pastry chef. Anne-Pascale, his granddaughter, who trained at the Ritz, founded the house in Paris in 2020 as a seasonal pastry house.
Nature is never raw. It is cultivated, shaped, elevated.
