The House
A house with deep roots
Félicien, the grandfather, was a pastry chef. Anne-Pascale, his granddaughter, trained at the Ritz before founding the house in Paris in 2020. She kept what he passed on to her: a love of handmade work, respect for the seasons and the joy of feeding people who gather together.

Our travel cakes, granolas and buffet pieces are all made by hand. Our menu changes with the seasons.
Our pumpkin Bundt cake won the jury gold medal at the 2023 Trophées Saveurs des Plaisirs Gourmands.

The garden table
Throughout the year, we run the table at the great garden shows around Paris: pastries, hot drinks, seasonal lunches and, sometimes, a pop-up restaurant.
