What we collect

Only what you send us through the “Plan your event” form: name, email, phone, company, and the details of your event.

Why, and on what legal basis

To answer your request and send you a proposal (pre-contractual steps taken at your request). Nothing else: we never sell your data or use it for advertising.

To limit abuse of the form, we store with your request a technical fingerprint of your IP address, made unreadable (hashed): it cannot be used to identify you (legitimate interest).

For the same reason, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-bot check. It is only loaded when you use the form: it then receives your IP address and technical information about your browser, to check that the request comes from a person and not from an automated program (legitimate interest: protecting the form against abuse).

How long

Three years after our last exchange, after which the data is deleted.

Who has access

The Maison Félicien team. Our technical providers process the data on our behalf: Supabase (database, hosted in the European Union), Vercel (website hosting) and Resend (email delivery), as well as Cloudflare (anti-bot check on the form). Vercel, Resend and Cloudflare are US companies: any data transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. Turnstile sets no advertising cookies; it processes technical data solely to secure the form. We measure traffic anonymously and in aggregate with Vercel Web Analytics, without cookies or persistent identifiers: pages viewed, referring site, country and device type. These statistics cannot be used to identify you.

This is a translation for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
